Blueprint introductory program designed to welcome new to the business agents to real estate. Participants focus on key business terms, concepts, and habits. Using a combination of activities, discussion questions, and real-world scenarios, participants lay a strong foundation for a successful business.
SCHEDULING: This program has a modular structure: there are four two-hour sessions over two weeks.
AUDIENCE PROFILE: Newly licensed and affiliated agents with no real estate experience.
GOAL: Set activities in motion
WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL DO:
Prepare for goal setting, time blocking, and lead generating
Identify value and practice sharing it with customers
Establish lead generation strategies with winning dialogues
Take the first steps to build an SOI and launch lead generation systems
Learn the basics of customer relationship management when working with buyers and sellers
