Leads Engine (ERA)

Leads Engine is the next generation lead routing system that captures company internet leads and automatically routes them to the appropriate agent through a series of pre-established user groups and business rules.

This introductory class helps administrators understand how to create lead routing rules, ensuring that valuable company leads are quickly and correctly routed to an available agent who is qualified to manage the lead. It also addresses how to monitor lead progress, customize agent profiles and manage unassigned leads.
