By joining Mindset Coaching, you can leverage the support system of your REAL Coach and a group of like-minded peers to establish, track, and hold yourself accountable to your business goals.
Each week follows a proven process to fuel your business on two levels
– Action: Weekly discussions bring out the wisdom in the room and turn motivation into action with prospecting activities that drive results.
– Mindset: Exclusive Mindset Moments explore how your brain works to identify the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.
SCHEDULING: 6-week program, 60 minutes each
TARGET AUDIENCE: Affiliated agents with between 2 and 12 closed transactions within the last 12 months looking to take their business to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
– Discover and implement best practices through peer-to-peer collaboration and the support of a REAL Coach.
– Identify business goals and determine the prospecting activities that can help you reach those goals.
– Establish self-accountability through weekly activity tracking.
– Explore exclusive Mindset Moments to identify and change the thoughts and beliefs that can derail successful lead generation habits AND implement strategies to shift that mindset.
– Develop habits that instill confidence and drive action.
