Florida Housing Ownership Programs

The main focus of the course is a full discussion of the Florida Housing Single Family Bond Program that provides affordable home financing alternatives, through competitive rate first mortgages, coupled with down payment and closing costs assistance to qualified families throughout the State of Florida.

• Homeownership programs offered through Florida Housing, including down payment and closing cost assistance and the MCC Programs
• Other homeownership resources available throughout Florida (SHIP, local resources)
